Shipping policy

The product Ache Sacks is only available for purchase in NZ (domestic), due to overseas customs requirements.

All NZ (domestic) orders are shipped with a tracking number by default.

For international orders, a tracking option has been provided, and is priced in accordance to Courier Post's rates. You may choose either.

All orders are wrapped in bubble wrap for damage control.

Cost of return shipping in case of a refund is the customer's responsibility (as outlined in our Refund Policy)
